Kara’s areas of specialty in Real Estate are:
*Relocation – Kara is a certified Relocation Specialist who has much personal experience with relocation having moved herself and family across the U.S. and into Hong Kong and Singapore before settling in Northern Colorado. Kara understands the complexities involved in a move and makes it her goal to communicate clearly to keep transactions running smoothly.
*New Home Construction – Before coming to Keller Williams, Kara was a Marketing/Sales Coordinator for a N. Colorado Builder. She understands construction principals, lot selections, guidelines, and timetables.
*GREEN Building – Kara has taken coursework from the National Association of Realtors to earn her GREEN certification. Kara has also designed several homes following green guidelines and thus has knowledge and experience to share.
*Healthy Homes – Kara has a passion for working with Clients whose family’s health needs requires particular attention to indoor air quality, such as allergies, asthma, and immune system deficiencies. She has trained with the Environmental Protection Agency and with the American Lung Association and working towards her Healthy Home Certification.
*Properties with Acreage & Horse Properties – Being raised a country girl, Kara is familiar with the nuances of buying/selling properties outside city services, dealing with wells, septic systems, property lines, surveys, outbuildings, fencing, and horse/large animal facilities.
